Meet John Whitehead
Owner / Director
From the moment my wife and I came to Tunbridge Wells in 2010, we knew it was the right place for us to live and raise our family. We completely fell in love with the town — its green spaces, strong sense of community, and everything it offers day to day — so we decided to take the plunge and relocate from South East London. With our first child on the way, we sold our one-bedroom flat and moved into a beautiful extended period three-bedroom semi-detached home in a central Tunbridge Wells location.
Naturally, as our family grew, so did our needs. We later took on an exciting project — a detached 1930s home in St James — which we’ve transformed over time. Today, we truly love where we live and have built lasting friendships through the local community and our children’s schools.
Through my work in the Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge property market, I’ve helped many buyers and sellers move onto the next chapter of their lives. It’s something I take great pride in.
Owning my own business has always been a long-term goal, and I’m incredibly proud to now bring my experience and knowledge directly to my clients, offering a more personal and considered service.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me exploring antique shops in Lewes and St Leonards, playing golf at local courses, or at the squash club. I also help coach my daughter’s local girls’ football team. Most importantly, I value time with my family — both here and abroad.
